Navigator Soft Tissue Laser

The Navigator is used by doctors in clinical dentistry for soft tissue modification for preventative care, periodontal work, seating crowns, and implementing bridges. The laser allows for effective treatment in various procedures such as gingival troughing, hemostasis, and frenectomy. The Navigator soft tissue laser also allows Dr. John and Dr. Mara to quickly reduce the pain and increase the speed of healing for mouth ulcers. Traditionally, a patient could apply over the counter medicine to the ulcer to ease discomfort while it heals on its own.

CB/CT SCANNER

Our CB/CT scanner, or Cone Beam Computed Tomography scan, is a specialized imaging technique used in dentistry to provide detailed 3D images of teeth, bones, nerves, and soft tissues. Unlike traditional radiographs, which offer flat 2D images, CBCT scans create 3D images that reveal more detail, allowing Dr John and Dr Mara to detect and diagnose conditions such as infection, impacted teeth, root fractures, cysts, and tumors. CBCT scans are becoming increasingly popular due to their accuracy for planning complex dental procedures, such as implants, to help find the ideal placement and angle while significantly reducing surgery risks associated with traditional methods.  CBCT scans provide faster results with less radiation exposure than traditional CT scan systems.
