Cerec CAD CAM CROWN SCANNER AND MILL

The Cerec digital camera allows the doctors to scan a crown prep and  mill that crown at the office without a separate appointment. Traditionally, the doctor will prep the tooth and take an impresson. Then, they will need to make a temporary crown to cement in the patient's mouth. After 2-3 weeks the patient will need to come back to the dentist office for their permanent crown.  Dr. John and Dr. Mara can reduce the 2-3 weeks to just one appointment. This is an advantage for patients with busy schedules.
